On April 17, Sugar Free Kids Maryland debuted it’s 20-foot tall Canzilla, an inflatable soda can that has exchanged the word “Coca-Cola” for the word “Diabetes” on its exterior. Countless groups, dignitaries and National Kidney Foundation of Maryland Walk participants learned about the dangers of consuming sugary drinks. Many groups took pictures with the proposed warning label that we’d like to see the Baltimore City Council require on all sugary drink advertisements in the city.
